2018 Counseling Needs Assessment Results

In October, the counseling department administered a needs assessment to students at BA. The needs assessment consisted of 5 sections: stress level ratings, school-related assistance identification, school environment and safety ratings, mental health support identification, and free response. Free response questions offered students the opportunity to share information that they felt the counseling team or another adult at BA should know or could support them with. Students also had the opportunity to share what ideas they had to improve their experience at Bethlehem Academy.

Results of the needs assessment helped us to create better programs and support our students in the ways that they were asking for. It is our hope that this survey will be completed annually so we can continue to ensure that we are giving kids the best tools to succeed!
