Dear BA Families:

Today is the “National Sanctity of Human Life” day. President Ronald Reagan issued a presidential proclamation on January 13, 1984, designating this day for the first time in history, beginning with the Sunday of January 22 in 1984. This week Bethlehem Academy students shared prayers, petitions and reflections each morning. Peer Ministry led a reflection and a Hail Mary at Mass today. Classes spent more time in Adoration. Our Student Service Club created blankets and raised dollars to support Pregnancy Options of Faribault. We also had scholars attend, with parish families, the March for Life in St. Paul including Marty Brazil ‘21 who assisted Bishop Cozzens. As we close out this week, we invite families and students to participate with Pregnancy Options in downtown for special prayers and events starting at 6:30 p.m. In addition, the Diocese invites all families to join them with a new study this winter on the teachings of the Catholic Church. See the attached flyer for details.

Calling All Talented Students! The Bethlehem Academy talent show will be Thursday, February 4th, as part of Catholic Schools Week. Each act will need to be pre-recorded by 3:30pm by Monday, February 1. The video will be presented to the whole school on Thursday. If you would like to participate, please sign up at this link.
