Scholarship & Other Assistance Programs



AIM Higher & Catholic Services Appeal Foundation Need-Based Scholarships (via TADS)
Students grades K-8 are invited to apply for the Aim Higher Scholarship. Incoming Grade 9-12 high school students may apply for the Catholic Services Appeal Foundation (CSAF) Scholarship. Families may apply for both 2024-20225 scholarships by filling out the TADS financial aid application, which will be available after Thanksgiving. Scholarships are typically awarded in the amount of up to $1,000 to middle school students and $2500 to high school students who meet the need-based criteria determined by the Aim Higher Foundation and the CSAF.  More information on the Aim Higher program for middle school students can be found here; click here for information on the Catholic Service Appeal Foundation (CSAF) high school scholarship program.

Flaherty Family Foundation High School Scholarship (invited to apply)
Rising 9th graders who meet eligibility requirements may be invited to apply for this four year high school scholarship program. Applications are due in February. John E. Hoban and Lucille M. Hoban Merit Based Scholarship 
Every spring enrolled Bethlehem Academy students currently in grades 8 through 11 are invited to apply for the John E. and Lucille M. Hoban Scholarship. Students in good standing who have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher must write a two-part essay as part of the scholarship application. This is a merit-based scholarship; you do not need to fill out the TADS financial aid application to apply for this scholarship. 

High School Summer Work Program
Each spring, rising high school students are invited to apply to help clean and prepare Bethlehem Academy and Divine Mercy Catholic School for two weeks over the summer. All rising high school students (enrolled in grades 9-12 for the following fall) are eligible to apply. Selected students are guaranteed two (2) weeks of work at 30 hours per week and work from 8am to 2:30pm with a half hour lunch. All net student earnings will be credited to their tuition account in August.
