Like you, we believe in the value of a Catholic education, and recognize the commitment required to send your children to Bethlehem Academy. We work hard to make this education accessible to all our families; we are committed to doing all that we can to make a BA education affordable. To do that, we partner with TADS in the financial aid application process, allowing us to fairly assess need and recommended aid allocations based on our limited resources. Families wishing to be considered for scholarships and other tuition assistance must apply through TADS and qualify for aid.
The deadline for submission for the 2019-2020 school year is Sunday, February 17, 2019, in order to take advantage of Archdiocesan scholarships. Applications received after the financial aid deadline are placed on a deferred list. The allocation of post-deadline aid is based upon need and the remaining available financial aid funds. Award notifications and tuition agreements will be emailed to families via TADS in May.

Copy of 2017 federal tax return
Copies of 2018 W-2s or current pay stubs
Utility bill information
Rent or mortgage information
Debt information (credit cards, loans, medical bills, etc.)
