We believe in the value of a Catholic education, and recognize the commitment required to send your student(s) to Bethlehem Academy. We work hard to make this education accessible to all our families and we will work with you to make this education possible for your student(s). To do that, we partner with TADS in the financial aid application process. Doing so provides us with the ability to fairly assess need and make objective aid allocations based on our available resources. One of the important questions asked on the TADS application relates to family size and number of students enrolled in a tuition-based school, factors which are taken into consideration through the TADS process. We encourage any current or prospective Bethlehem Academy family concerned about affording full tuition and fees to apply for tuition assistance through TADS.
The 2021-2022 financial aid application is open and available online via TADS here; click on Financial Aid Assessment to begin the application. Applications and documents must be submitted to TADS by April 1 for full needs-based scholarship consideration. Applications received after the financial aid deadline are placed on a deferred list. The allocation of post-deadline aid is based upon need and the remaining resources. Be sure to take advantage of our needs-based scholarship program and apply via TADS. Award notifications and tuition agreements will be sent to enrolled families in May. Copy of either your 2019 or 2020 federal tax return
Copies of 2020 W-2s and a current pay stub(s)
Utility bill information
Rent or mortgage information
Debt information (credit cards, loans, medical bills, etc.)
