At Thanksgiving, Bethlehem Academy wants to celebrate and thank our grandparents. Our annual Grandparents' Day is Tuesday, November 20. We will begin at 1pm. The schedule for the afternoon is:
1:00pm - Grandparents Arrive and enjoy Refreshments with the students
1:30pm - Prayer Service in Van Orsow Auditorium
2:00pm - Student Council Program
2:30pm - Grandparents tour building and classrooms with students
2:55pm - Dismissal
One of our favorite activities on Grandparents' Day is the baking competition. Baked goods should be dropped off in B.A.’s main lobby prior to the start of the 1:00 PM program on November 20th. For baked goods, Grandparents are requested to bring enough of their baked item for two student judges to sample. The winners of the competitions will be announced during the Grandparents’ Day program. There will be a special prize awarded to each winner.
This year we also have a written Q & A for the grandparents. Some responses will be selected and shared during the program.
