Bethlehem Academy & Divine Mercy Catholic Church will be having a Blood Drive on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Divine Mercy Catholic Church from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.  Walk-ins are also welcomed. 

Students who are 16 years of age will need parental consent.  Please note that in order to donate, donors must:

• Be in general good health  
• Meet height and weight requirements  

Individuals that have traveled out of the country recently may not be eligible, depending on where they traveled.

Students must have a picture ID with them when donating (driver’s license or BA Student ID card)

2. Scroll down the list on the left to choose the Divine Mercy Catholic Church drive on August 25.  Click on the red circle area
3. Pick your time slot and click on Give Blood.  Fill out the registration form.
