Fall Sports Registration

Grades 7-12 students may now register for participation in football, volleyball and fall cheerleading. The fall sports parent meeting is Thursday, August 9 at 6:30pm. High school practices will begin on Monday, August 13. Junior high practices will begin on Monday, August 20.

Each participating student needs to complete the following items online:

  • Fall Sports Registration Form
  • Annual Health and Eligibility Statement

Please go to and click on the Forms and Documents link at left or under the Activity Info menu. PLEASE COMPLETE THESE FORMS ONLINE PRIOR TO THE FALL SPORTS PARENT MEETING AND THE START OF PRACTICES.

Additionally, students must have a valid sports physical clearance form on file. A list of students needing new clearance forms for this school year is posted on the website as well as the sports physical clearance form.

The fall activity fees are:

  • $135 per football participant
  • $135 per volleyball participant
  • $75 per fall cheerleading participant

The activity fee may be paid online using the link at left or on the Forms and Documents page, by check, online or possibly by having the fee added to your TADS tuition payment account.
